One of my photographs was recently used in the excellent Viva Lewes magazine to illustrate a feature about getting married in Lewes.  The photograph, shown below, is one of my favourite images and one that a great many couples who see it ask me about. I find Lewes a fantastic town to live and work in as a wedding photographer, and some of my favourite venues for wedding photography are in the town.

Sarah and Nathan had their ceremony and wedding breakfast at Shelleys hotel before heading to the Crown for the evening reception. En route we walked down the iconic Keere Street and into Southover Grange for a handful of photographs, most of which such as the Keere Street photograph below were unposed. I often find it is the most natural photographs that look the best.

I remember the day well - Sarah and Nathan are a lovely couple and much about the day was memorable. When I told Sarah the photograph was going to be used in the magazine she said “I love that picture as well and it seems everything on the day came together to give the best wedding pics we have ever seen.”
